The elegant curve of the housing is more than just a design effect. The specific geometry of the enclosure eliminates internal standing waves because reflections between walls are never synchronized. The cabinet geometry has been carefully calculated so that any vibrations from the front baffle are immediately transferred to the rear baffle, where they are harmlessly absorbed by the rounded rear profile integrated into the cabinet, specifically to provide additional mass loading to help dampen resonance and vibration.

The PM-2 uses exclusive versions of Gato Audio's legendary Danish 38mm Ring Radiator tweeter and woofer/midrange driver. This highly praised driver design is used in some of the world's most expensive High End loudspeakers and is widely recognized for its accuracy, detail reproduction and performance.
