Peiju Lien - Whisper . Do you hear the bird whistle?

There is a distinct bird whistle in track 8 2015 KLIAV commemorative CD.  Anyone got the original CD and let me know if this is a studio or live recording? I find it bit odd for the faint bird chirp to be captured in the recording. It is too faint to be intentional. Tape bleeding?

The room is filled with holy water  and yet it refuses to go away. You mean to say it is not in your CD?

The chirps were at two places but I am unable to amplify them individually as they get masked easily using the PC speakers.

I have amplified one portion about 30dB and the first part is now audible over the PC. I do not have a headset at the moment so maybe you guys could hear it more clearly. Click on the link below to hear them.

All I heard were the angels singing! Didn't notice the bird. My ears aren't very critical to begin with.

Maybe, my KLIAV commemorative CD is special Smile

It is there...  towards the left way back. You can also hear part of it through the laptop speakers.

My interest of the tweet is the height information of the whistle. That was what got me curious as the sound was coming lateral to the rest of the instruments without height information.

I have also listened to the "master version" (according to google translation) WAV files and  (the birds chirps not audible there) the second part of the chirp audible but not the first part. You can hear that version from Peiju Lien's FB.

Wow, the first 10 seconds of the song is overwhelmed with details.

I gave it a listen yesterday morning (...finally) and I heard 4 things in first 10 seconds :
1. The usual pipa instrument

2. The bird chirping, quite similar to those bird we have over here in Msia. I thought it was my neighbour's bird cause they sounded almost same, so I replay the 10sec over and over again and confirm it from the CD (Confirmed again this morning with my sisters).

3. There is a thump-like sound between 3rd and 4th second.

4. There are 3 sounds straight after the thump with next sound weaker than the one before.

Throughout the song, it felt like someone was making thump sound (maybe soft hit to the violin or foot stamp on laminated floor)

If I am hearing "things", please warn me as I have no holy water in my room.

Thank you Kamfei0512 for confirming the chirps. The "thump" actually sounded like a deliberate hit to probably their hand or thigh. It was audible rather faintly maybe a couple of time more.  I didn't pay attention to the sound and probably it not audible in my system.

Unfortunately, I don't hear any trailing echo or three sound you mentioned in number (4) above.

If you can download the master version from Peiju's FB, you will not find the thump there.

Thanks again for the feedback. Much appreciated.
