Thorens is about the most respected name in the world of turntables.  This innovator company, copied many times by so many other manufacturers, still remains most sought after for vinyl play.  Thorens turntables are originally finely tuned precision sound reproduction equipment true to the tradition of the craftsmanship of the Swiss.  It was only later that the Germans bought over this classic marque and continues the fine tradition today.
