Dimensions: 42 x 34 x 7.5 cm
Weight: approx. 5 kg
Some scans are attached (picture 7-16) of a comparative test, published in STEREO 1988/01.
The Proton is rated a maximum 3-star rating in this test of pre- and power amplifier combinations among renowned brands like T+A, Harman Kardon and Acoustic Research.
The photos speak for themselves.
However, it needs to be mentioned that:
The phono input, suitable for MM, MC high and MC low can be adjusted to the demanded capacity on top.
There also is a pre-out high level for less sensitive power amplifiers.
