Recap for Mainboard [1541 version]
These are the 1541 Mainboard [CD820] top side and bottom site in their original condition. Marantz CD40/50/60 use the same one too.
.....will be updating with some picture once after i have done the recap process, each caps is "tailored" for specific application and purposes. Like usual Naim`s trait, more boogie faktor, less fatique.
Re: Recap for Mainboard [1541 version]
These are the original diodes extracted from the board, they are replaced by the bobbin type..Fast switching!
Diodes upgrade are optional,a very good exercise to your soldering/sucking skill. Shaky hand may breaking the tracks/joint.
Re: Recap for Mainboard [1541 version]
As you can see, the board has recapped with various type of chosen "First league" army, they are very important, they are chosen to do very specific task, not a cross trained type.
After completed the recapping process, the soundstaging has improved 100%.It is like improving from previous 2D to present 3D.
