From the Youtube video, I noticed that the singer is Winnie Ho (何芸妮) in this "cover version" of Teresa Teng's hits. I hope I did not make a mistake here. So is this her new latest album release, not a "various artists" album?

yes, this is a jazzy tribute to teresa teng by winnie ho. the CD was released in 2012, and now the LP. retail is RM200.
