Pls recommend a high speed usb A to B cable .

Current setup: Audiolab pre & power
                    Mission floor stander.
                    Yulong DAC DA8.
                     CPU to DAC.

All who can DIY try this!!

Take a normal USB 2 cable cut open the sleeve . you will see 4 wires inside then cut the red & black wires in the middle of the cable (note you need to connect back )  separate the white & green pair from the black & red . Red & Black pair is supplying 5v to the dac.
After separating them , resolder back the wires of red & black colour . Then use rubber tubing to cover both pairs. You can refer to this forum :

You will like the sound after the cables u have modified are burned-in.
