Advice Needed - Tong Lee's Promotion for Antique Sound Lab Package

Hi all,

I need some advice about Tong Lee's "Must Buy" promotion. The item Tong Lee is selling consists of a pair of ASL Wave AV-25 monoblock and a matching preamp (not sure about the model, I think it is LS01, but I could not find any information on the web concerning this preamp), with a pair of speakers for RM4499. So, is this amp good? Worth a shot at it? Most reviews on the web says the monoblock is a nice start for those venturing into tube (I am noob to tubes).

If those who say it is not worth it, then is there any suggestion?
